Karanji Images
Dryfruit Filling for Karanji
Roll the dough ball into a small Puri. Put approx 1 tbsp filling in the center.
Apply Milk / water with finger on the edges (half area)
Close the edges and seal nicely.
Make Impressions with fork to decorate.
Cut excessive dough with cutter.
Make all Karanjis and coat with little ghee
Preheat oven at 275 F. Bake for approx 45 minutes. Baked Karanjis are ready. Return to Baked Karanji Recipe in English / Marathi
